Prometheus the flying machine is part Pitts Special and the rest is the vision of Skip Stewart. Starting life as a Pitts S-2S, Prometheus was modified to give Skip the airshow machine he wanted. This flying machine looks like a good old American hot rod. The horsepower was increased to (400), the big three bladed prop reminds you of oversized racing slicks, the rear canted landing gear makes it look fast sitting on the ground and the paint job yells “street rod.”

For four decades, the TITAN Aerobatic Team has thrilled audiences all over North and Central America with their tight formations, billowing smoke systems and attention-getting radial engines. The Titan Team thrills millions every year, and has become one of the most recognizable and well-known air show performance teams in the world.
SRC airshows is owned and operated by Stephen Covington. Stephen is the pilot at SRC airshows where he has amazed everyone with his aerobatic performances in his highly modified Pitts s2s named the”Raptor”/”FURY. The Pitts has Been retired and now He flies FURY 2.0, a Gamebird GB1. Other planes he flies for shows is a T6 Texan and a Christen Eagle II for the NEXT GEN EAGLES.
MINI JET AIRSHOWS is a lifelong dream of the pilot Tom “Lark” Larkin. Having watched the BD-5J perform as a child at a local airshow, and then later becoming a fighter pilot, airline pilot, and aerobatic pilot; it was always his dream to do airshows in a “mini” jet.
Ben “Big Papa” Ausbrooks is a retired Unites States Marine Corps F/A-18 fighter pilot who now enjoys sharing the thrills of aerobatic aviation for airshow spectators. With over 4000 combined flight hours in tactical jet aircraft, jet training aircraft, and general aviation piston driven aircraft, Big Papa’s passion for flying is now displayed through his aerobatic routine in his 1999 Steen Super Skybolt.
GhostWriter Airshows is a true 3-act performer! Starting the show with a 350hp, 200mph, screaming, smoking airshow display, and raising the crowd to their feet to let everyone know the show has begun! Looping, rolling, and long verticals show the crowd what a 50’s era trainer on steroids can do.
When darkness falls, the GhostWriter puts on a celebration of light with 4000 LED lights and over 200lbs of pyrotechnics attached to the airplane.

Erik can’t remember his first airplane ride…because he wasn’t born yet! He began “training” at the age of 6, sitting on his father’s lap and flying on instruments. Erik was ready for solo at the age of 8 through the use of a tailor-made seat and control extensions. At age 10, he learned spins, which sparked his lifelong passion for aerobatics.

Fire and EMS service is also available onsite during the event.
All entry into the event is subject to screening by our gate attendants and any individuals or groups conducting unruly behavior will be removed from the property.
